Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Atrellis Systems website, the OnCall customer communication service, and related messaging features.

OnCall is currently in development and pilot testing. Features, availability, participating businesses, and supported communication channels may change as the service is developed.

OnCall messaging program

OnCall supports customer-care and service-request communications between participating businesses and people who contact those businesses.

Messages may relate to:

  • Customer questions and service inquiries
  • Requests for estimates, appointments, or follow-up
  • Collection of service-location and project details
  • Status updates and scheduling information
  • Responses from authorized business owners or team members

Messages may be sent using automated systems, templates, artificial-intelligence-assisted tools, or authorized human team members.

How messaging may begin

Messaging may begin when you send a text message directly to a participating business or otherwise request or consent to receive service-related communications.

If you place a call to a participating business and the call is not answered, the business may send a prompt, non-promotional follow-up text related to your attempted call. You may choose whether to respond and continue the conversation.

OnCall and participating businesses do not use these customer-care interactions to send unsolicited promotional text messages. Separate consent may be required before marketing or promotional messages are sent.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, the information needed to assist you, and the resulting conversation.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service plan. Atrellis Systems and participating businesses do not control charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

Opting out

To stop messages from our team, text STOP.

You may also use other commonly recognized opt-out words supported by the messaging provider. After an opt-out request is processed, you may receive a final confirmation message and will not receive additional ordinary messages unless you later provide permission to resume them.

For messaging assistance, text HELP or email [email protected] .

No purchase requirement

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful customer-care and service-related purposes.

Do not submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading content through the service.

Service availability

We do not guarantee that the website, messaging service, automated features, or participating-business integrations will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Messages may be delayed, filtered, blocked, or undelivered because of carrier systems, network conditions, device settings, third-party providers, or other circumstances outside our control.

Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Automated and human communications

Some communications may be generated or assisted by automated technology. Authorized business owners or team members may review, participate in, or take over a conversation.

You should independently verify important information such as pricing, scheduling, service availability, and emergency instructions directly with the participating business.

Emergency communications

OnCall is not an emergency service. Do not use OnCall to request emergency assistance. Contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service when immediate help is required.

Privacy

Information collected through the service is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Atrellis Systems and OnCall names, website content, service design, software, documentation, and related materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not grant permission to copy, sell, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit protected materials except as expressly authorized.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atrellis Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the website or services.

Changes to these terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated as OnCall develops or as legal, carrier, regulatory, and operational requirements change.

The effective date at the top of this page will indicate when these Terms were last revised.
