OnCall is currently in development and pilot testing. References to participating businesses include service businesses that may use OnCall to assist with customer communication and service-request intake.

- Messages exchanged with OnCall or a participating business

- Collect and route service-request information
- Support appointment, estimate, and follow-up requests
- Allow authorized business owners or team members to assist with a conversation

How information may be disclosed
Information may be provided to the participating business you contacted so that its authorized owners, employees, or representatives can respond to your inquiry and provide the requested service.
We may also use service providers that support website hosting, communications, messaging delivery, artificial-intelligence processing, data storage, security, and other operational functions. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services on our behalf and subject to applicable contractual or legal restrictions.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud or abuse, or complete a business transfer.
Mobile information and messaging consent
Mobile information, including telephone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent data, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be shared with service providers that help deliver and support the messaging service, but only as necessary to provide those services.

Your choices
You may decline to provide information, although doing so may limit our ability or the participating business’s ability to respond to or fulfill a request.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting STOP. You may text HELP for assistance.
Children’s privacy
OnCall is intended for business and service-related communications and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as OnCall develops or as legal, regulatory, or operational requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will indicate when the policy was last revised.
